Build, train and manage your AI agent

Version 2.0 · July 2026

Welcome to Ragently — the platform for building an AI agent that does more than answer questions: it looks up orders, creates returns, recommends products and sends checkout links. This guide describes the full setup of the application, screen by screen.

1. Introduction

Ragently is an AI platform for customer contact. You build an AI agent that answers questions based on your own knowledge, and that also performs real actions in your store: looking up orders, changing addresses, creating returns, proposing refunds, recommending products and sending checkout links.

You decide per chatbot what the AI may know and may do. Everything is built from a handful of fixed building blocks.

1.1 The building blocks

  • Chat — the AI agent itself. You can have several, each with its own knowledge, behaviour and appearance.
  • Knowledge Base — the documents, product catalogue and policy pages your chat draws its answers from.
  • AI instructions (system prompt) — the role, tone, boundaries and escalation threshold of the AI.
  • Chat behaviour — what the AI is actually allowed to do: escalate, hand over, process returns, refund, upsell.
  • Design — how the chat widget looks to your visitors.
  • Channels & integrations — where the chat lives (website, store, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram) and which systems it talks to.
  • Inbox — where you and your team follow, take over and close conversations.

1.2 How an answer comes about

  1. A visitor asks a question in the widget or in a connected channel.
  2. Ragently retrieves the relevant passages from the knowledge sources linked to that chat.
  3. The AI instruction determines the role, tone and boundaries of the answer.
  4. The chat behaviour determines which actions the AI may perform and which data it may retrieve.
  5. If the AI cannot resolve it, your fallback message or escalation method takes over.

Note: The AI answers strictly from your knowledge sources and connected systems. If the answer is not there, it does not invent one: it falls back to your fallback message or escalates.

1.3 Where to find what

This guide covers the application. If you are building an integration on our API or the Custom Commerce integration, see the developer guide and API reference via the docs navigation at the top of this page.

2. Getting Started

2.1 Creating an account and signing in

There are three ways in:

  • Shopify — install Ragently from the Shopify App Store. You are signed in automatically and your store is recognised right away.
  • Google — sign in with Google. This works for any platform; you connect your store inside the app afterwards (WooCommerce, Wix, Lightspeed or your own backend).
  • Invitation — if a workspace already exists, the administrator sends you an invitation link. You sign in with Google and get immediate access to that workspace.

2.2 Free trial

New accounts start with a 7-day trial. During the trial you have the limits of the Starter plan: 100 conversations and 1 chatbot. No credit card is required; the sidebar shows how many days are left.

Note: Via Shopify you approve the Starter subscription once when you install; nothing is charged during the trial, and when it ends the trial automatically converts to Starter (€39 per month, or $39 if your Shopify store is billed in US dollars). If you do not want that, cancel the trial before the last day under Settings → Billing. Your chatbot, documents and conversations are preserved.

2.3 The onboarding checklist

The dashboard shows a checklist that takes you to a live chat in seven steps. You can hide it and resume later.

  1. Create a chat in the Training Center.
  2. Link knowledge: upload documents or sync your product catalogue.
  3. Write AI instructions (the system prompt).
  4. Link that AI instruction to your chat. This is required before you can deploy.
  5. Configure chat behaviour: escalation and handover.
  6. Personalise your widget: colours, texts and avatar.
  7. Deploy your chat to your website or store.

2.4 Navigation

The left sidebar takes you to the main sections:

  • Dashboard — results, usage and points of attention.
  • Inbox — live conversations and agent handovers.
  • Training Center — create, test and manage your chatbots.
  • Returns — return requests registered by your AI.
  • Customers — customer profiles and customer memory.
  • Knowledge Base — all of your knowledge sources.
  • System Prompts — your AI instructions.
  • Bot — chat behaviour per chatbot.
  • Design — the appearance of the chat widget.
  • Integrations — your store, shipping platform, channels, calendar, CRM and alerts.

Your profile sits at the bottom of the sidebar. The gear icon opens Account, Notifications, Billing and Security, and switches between light and dark mode.

3. Building and Testing Chatbots

3.1 Creating a new chat

Go to Training Center and click New chat. The wizard has two sections and a summary panel that updates live.

  • Identity — give your chat a unique name, pick the channel and optionally add a short description. The name is internal and helps you tell chats apart.
  • Knowledge — upload documents straight away (PDF, TXT or JSON). You may skip this step and add knowledge later.

After Create chat you can continue to the AI instructions, or return to the overview.

Note: The number of chatbots depends on your plan: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth and 10 on Pro. At the limit you get a notice with an upgrade option.

3.2 The Training Center

In the Training Center you test your chat exactly as a customer experiences it. The widget floats in the bottom-right corner, alongside test scenarios you can send to the chat in one click and a checklist covering the key cases: shipping, returns, order tracking, unsupported questions and tone of voice.

The Inspector panel shows what drives each answer: the linked AI instruction, the chat behaviour, the number of active knowledge sources and the deployment status. From there you jump straight to the setting you want to change.

Note: The chat in the Training Center is not a demo — it is your real chat, connected live to your store. If you test actions that touch orders (placing, editing, cancelling or refunding), create a test order in your store first. Training orders are marked and are excluded from your statistics.

3.3 AI settings per chat

Under Actions → AI settings you control how the model answers:

  • AI model — which language model the chat uses. Available models depend on your plan.
  • Creativity — how freely the model phrases its answers.
  • Max output — the maximum length of an answer.
  • Documents per answer — how many knowledge fragments the chat consults. More context means a slightly slower reply.
  • Use tools — whether the chat may call external tools and functions during a conversation.

Tip: You can apply these settings to a single bot, or to every bot in your account at once.

3.4 Management actions

  • Reset conversation — clears only the messages in your test environment; customer conversations are untouched.
  • Copy bot ID — useful for integrations and support.
  • Get embed code — the script line for your own website.
  • Back to AI mode — returns a chat that is in human takeover to the AI.
  • Delete — removes the chat permanently.

4. Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base determines what your chat can talk about. Every source is linked to a specific chat, except the product catalogue: that applies to your entire workspace.

4.1 Types of knowledge sources

  • Documents — PDF, TXT and JSON files such as manuals, FAQs, policy documents or price lists.
  • Product catalogue — imports every product from your store, including title, description, price, variants and stock status.
  • Store pages & policies — syncs your refund policy, shipping terms, FAQ pages and blog articles from your store.
  • Q&A pairs — question-and-answer pairs you create on an AI instruction; they then appear as a source in this overview.

4.2 Adding a source

  1. Go to Knowledge Base and click New source.
  2. Choose the chat the source will be linked to.
  3. Pick the type: documents, product catalogue, or store pages & policies.
  4. Upload your files or start the synchronisation.
  5. Confirm. The source is Processing first and becomes Active afterwards.

Tip: Q&A pairs are ideal for business information that appears in no document, such as opening hours, delivery times or warranty periods.

4.3 Managing sources

  • Filter by type, status or chat to find the right source quickly.
  • Open a source for a document preview, including page navigation and full screen.
  • Delete sources that are no longer accurate; outdated information is the main cause of wrong answers.
  • Re-sync your product catalogue after a change in your assortment.

Note: The number of document uploads depends on your plan: 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth and unlimited on Pro. Combining multiple types of knowledge sources is available from Growth onwards.

5. AI Instructions (System Prompts)

The AI instruction defines who your AI is: role, tone, boundaries and when it hands over. The System Prompts page lists all your instructions, each card showing the word count, linked Q&A items and whether it is active.

5.1 Creating an instruction

Click New prompt and choose your method:

  • Template — a guided wizard where you make choices per section. On the right you see live what the model will receive.
  • Custom prompt — write the instruction yourself, up to 4,000 characters.

5.2 The wizard sections

  • Identity — name, company and role of your AI. These fields are required.
  • Style — tone (professional, friendly, casual), language use, answer length, emoji usage and follow-up questions.
  • Behaviour — empathy, patience, proactivity, humour and level of detail.
  • Boundaries — topics the AI avoids and rules that always apply.
  • Safety — the fallback strategy and the escalation threshold: refer quickly, balanced, or resolve as much as possible independently.

5.3 Linking to a chat

An instruction only takes effect once you link it. Use Link on the prompt card to pick the chat, and Unlink to detach it from one chat or from all chats at once. A single instruction can be linked to multiple chats.

Note: Without a linked AI instruction you cannot deploy a chat. The Training Center flags this in its setup card as well.

5.4 Q&A pairs

The Q&A button on a prompt card opens the Q&A builder, where you add question-and-answer pairs that belong to that instruction. They are used alongside your documents when composing an answer.

Tip: Do you see a question going unanswered in the Inbox? Add it as a Q&A pair — that is the fastest way to close a gap in your knowledge.

6. Chat Behaviour

On the Bot page you configure per chatbot what the AI is allowed to do. Select the chatbot at the top first. The page has four tabs; tabs with required fields still missing are flagged.

6.1 Sales & store

  • Product recommendations — switch on or off and pick the sensitivity: off, subtle, moderate or aggressive. Moderate is the recommended setting.
  • Product catalogue — sync your products and see how many are indexed and when that last happened.
  • Upselling — let the AI proactively suggest relevant products and add-ons. When off, it only shows products when the customer asks.
  • Checkout upsell — one extra suggestion just before the payment page. Available for Shopify stores only.
  • Offer type — no discount, a percentage off the recommended product, or a percentage off the whole order. The discount is actually applied at checkout. Optionally add a badge text or mention free shipping.
  • Stock visibility — decide whether the AI shares exact quantities or only says whether something is available.
  • Refund policy — whether the AI may process refunds, with an optional maximum amount. Above that it refers the customer to support.
  • Return policy — whether the AI may accept return requests, within how many days, and whether you approve each one first or the AI processes them automatically.
  • What may the AI do? — one switch per action: cancel orders, change the shipping address, add a note or an item to an order, prepare an order, change customer details and change the newsletter subscription. Looking things up is always allowed.

Note: You only see the actions, and the refund and return cards, that your connected platform supports. The stock card appears with an active Shopify connection. Returns work on every supported platform; on some of them Ragently registers the request and you process it further in your own back office.

6.2 Handover & escalation

  • Live takeover — lets an agent take a conversation over from the AI. Available from Growth onwards.
  • Escalation method — do not escalate, refer to a contact form, refer to email support, share a phone number, or request a live takeover. For the first three you fill in the matching URL, email address or number.
  • Auto escalation — after how many unanswered questions the AI escalates by itself. Set to 0 to disable.
  • Urgency detection — the AI recognises urgent messages, treats them with priority and escalates when needed.

6.3 Messages

Here you write the three fallback messages: when the AI does not know the answer, on a technical error, and for inappropriate questions. All three are required.

Tip: Always offer an alternative in a fallback, such as a handover to a human. It prevents abandoned conversations.

6.4 AI agent access

You can give external AI assistants access to your chatbot through the API or MCP connection. They receive the same answers, product recommendations, sources and checkout links as a visitor on your site, so a shopper can check out with you from their own assistant. This tab holds the public bot token and the endpoint.

Note: Every conversation through an external assistant counts towards your monthly usage.

7. What the AI Agent Can Do

Once your store is connected, the AI does more than answer questions. Below are the actions it can perform during a conversation. What is actually enabled is up to you, per chatbot, on the Bot page, Sales tab.

7.1 Selling & recommending

  • Smart product search in the customer's own words, with variant, price and photo.
  • Buyable product cards with an Add to cart button, right inside the chat.
  • Recommending related products and alternatives.
  • Answering product questions from your live catalogue: description, material, brand and variants.
  • Reading structured product data, such as size charts and care instructions.
  • Checking live stock per size or colour.
  • Sending a checkout link through a draft order.
  • Recovering an abandoned cart and letting the customer complete it with one link.

7.2 Orders & delivery

  • Checking order status: payment, shipping and contents in a single answer.
  • Sharing track & trace with a direct link to the carrier.
  • Looking up an order by order number, name or ID.
  • Changing the delivery address as long as the order has not shipped.
  • Adding a product to an unshipped order, including the new total.
  • Cancelling an order, including restocking and a confirmation email.
  • Adding an internal note to the order for your team.

7.3 Returns & refunds

  • Calculating a refund up front and asking the customer to confirm.
  • Executing the refund only after confirmation, within your maximum amount.
  • Checking the status of a refund.
  • Creating a return for shipped items.
  • Approving a requested return.
  • Reporting the return status to the customer.

7.4 Customer data & marketing

  • Showing the order history of the verified customer.
  • Viewing the customer profile: number of orders and amount spent.
  • Updating email address, name or phone number on request.
  • Adding, editing or setting a default address.
  • Subscribing or unsubscribing the customer from the newsletter, only on explicit request.

7.5 Safety & control

  • Customer verification — order and customer actions only work after the customer confirms email address and order number.
  • Switches per chatbot — you decide per bot which actions the AI may carry out; looking things up is always allowed.
  • Refund cap — above your maximum the AI declines automatically.
  • Training environment — test the full flow with a real test order; it is excluded from your statistics.
  • Connection check — verify in one click that the store connection is active.

8. Chat Widget Design

On the Design page you adjust the appearance and the texts of the widget. Pick the chatbot you are designing for at the top; on the right a live preview updates as you type.

8.1 Home screen

This is what visitors see the moment they open the chat. Leave a field empty to use the default text in the visitor's language.

  • Avatar — PNG, JPG or WebP, square works best, up to 2 MB.
  • Greeting and the line below it.
  • Title and subtitle of the start button.
  • Heading above the frequently asked questions.

8.2 Conversation

  • Bot name and the subtitle in the header.
  • Welcome message: the first message from the AI.
  • Placeholder in the input field.
  • Questions: visitors see these on the home screen and as suggestions once the conversation opens.

8.3 Colours

You set colours for the header, the chat window, the bot and user bubbles, the suggestions, the input field, the footer and the send button. Each colour is set individually with the colour picker or an exact HEX code.

Tip: Under Adopt your store's colours, enter your public store URL. Ragently detects the colours of that page, after which you only need to review them and save.

8.4 Branding

On the Pro plan you can hide the Powered by Ragently label.

Note: If you leave the page with unsaved changes, or switch to another bot, Ragently warns you before the design is lost.

9. Deploying and Channels

A chat is only useful once it lives somewhere. Ragently supports your own website, the major store platforms and several messaging channels.

9.1 Your own website

  1. Open the chat in the Training Center and choose Get embed code.
  2. Copy the script line.
  3. Paste it into the head section of your website.
  4. The widget appears automatically on your pages.

The embed code generates a temporary user ID per visitor, so a conversation continues when someone navigates to another page.

9.2 Shopify

  1. Go to Integrations → Shopify.
  2. Connect the chatbot that should help customers in this store.
  3. Open the theme editor, find Ragently under App embeds and switch the embed on.
  4. Check your storefront to confirm the chat appears.

Note: There are no IDs to copy: the configuration is fetched automatically. If your connection breaks or new permissions are required, the integration page shows a Reconnect button.

9.3 WooCommerce, Wix and Lightspeed

You connect these platforms under Integrations. You choose there which chatbot is active on the store; what the AI may do is set on the Bot page. For WooCommerce placement runs through the plugin; on Wix you never touch any code.

9.4 Telegram

  1. Create a bot in Telegram via @BotFather using the /newbot command.
  2. Paste the token you receive into Ragently.
  3. Choose which chatbot answers the messages and click Connect bot.

Ragently registers the webhook automatically. You can connect several Telegram bots side by side and activate, deactivate or delete each one separately. Available from Growth onwards.

9.5 WhatsApp

  1. Choose which chatbot answers.
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp; a Facebook popup guides you through connecting or creating your WhatsApp Business account and number.
  3. Send your own number a message to test it.

If you delete the channel, Ragently stops replying; your WhatsApp Business account stays intact. Available on Pro.

9.6 Facebook & Instagram

Connect your Facebook page and choose which chatbot answers. Your AI then also handles messages via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct. Available on Pro.

Note: For each channel the overview shows the status, the linked chatbot and the creation date. You can deactivate a channel temporarily without deleting it.

10. Integrations

Under Integrations you connect Ragently to the systems you already use. Integrations are grouped by role:

  • Your store — Shopify, Lightspeed, WooCommerce and Wix. This is how your bot knows your assortment, stock and orders.
  • Shipping — Sendcloud and MyParcel for live delivery status and return labels.
  • Messaging channels — Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook & Instagram.
  • Calendar — Google Calendar and Outlook: the bot sees free slots, books appointments and respects buffer time. Calendly: the AI shares your booking link at the right moment and every booking counts in your reporting.
  • CRM & leads — HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable and Google Sheets. Leads from conversations land there automatically.
  • Alerts — Slack and Microsoft Teams, for messages to your own team about new leads and handovers.
  • Your own system — Webhooks, Zapier and the Custom Commerce connection for your own backend.

Note: The number of active integrations depends on your plan: 1 on Starter, 2 on Growth and 5 on Pro.

10.1 What the AI may do

Which actions the AI may carry out in your store is not set here but per chatbot on the Bot page, Sales tab (see 6.1). Looking up products, customers and orders is always allowed; changes are switched on or off per action.

Tip: Only switch an action on once you have tested in the Training Center how the AI handles it.

10.2 Webhooks, Zapier and your own backend

  • Webhooks — push events to your own endpoint in real time: a new lead, a handover to an agent or a booked appointment. Every delivery is signed with a key that is shown only once, and you can send a test delivery.
  • Zapier — generate an API key and use Ragently as a trigger app to connect with thousands of apps, without code.
  • Own backend — connect your own system through a manifest and pick the authentication method: bearer token, API key, basic auth or OAuth2. You declare which capabilities the bot gets.

Note: Webhooks and API access are part of the Pro plan.

11. Inbox and Live Takeover

The Inbox is your team's workspace: follow conversations, take them over from the AI and close them.

11.1 Overview and filters

  • Tabs — Active, Queue, Resolved and All.
  • Period — last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, everything or a custom date range.
  • Search and labels — find conversations by content or filter by label.
  • Availability — set yourself to Available or Busy with the toggle at the top.

Note: On plans without live takeover the Inbox is read-only. You then see the tabs All, AI-handled and Recent and can review the full chat history, but not reply.

11.2 Taking over a conversation

  1. Set your availability to Available.
  2. When a customer asks for an agent or the AI escalates, the conversation appears in the Queue.
  3. Open the conversation and choose Accept conversation.
  4. Reply to the customer; you can attach files and emoji.
  5. Choose Resolve when you are done, or hand the conversation back to the AI.

11.3 The context panel

  • Conversation details — status, channel, start time, duration, message count, queue position and assigned agent.
  • Labels — categorise conversations so you can find them later.
  • AI summary — a short summary of what has been discussed so far.
  • Escalation reason — why and when the AI escalated.
  • AI analysis — detected intent, sentiment and a suggested reply.
  • Customer rating — the thumbs up or down the customer gave, with any comment.

12. Customers, Returns and Leads

12.1 Customers

Customers holds the profiles your AI built from conversations, leads and returns. Per customer you see name, email address, phone number, the channels they used, when they were first and last seen, and a timeline of every conversation, lead and return.

  • Customer memory — when enabled, the AI keeps a short, automatically generated memory per customer, so returning customers are helped faster and more personally.
  • Forget this customer — permanently deletes the profile, all linked identities and the memory. Conversations, leads and returns are kept but detached from the profile.

Note: The customer overview and customer memory are part of the Pro plan. If you switch memory off, existing profiles remain visible and can still be deleted.

12.2 Returns

This page lists the return requests your AI registered on behalf of customers. By default you see the requests awaiting review; the All filter shows the full history.

  1. Open a request and check the order, the items and the stated reason.
  2. Choose Approve, optionally with a note for the customer.
  3. Or choose Reject; a reason is required in that case.
  4. The customer is notified automatically.

A return is Pending, Approved, Rejected, Completed or Failed. Failed means processing in your store did not succeed and you can retry. If a return label was created, the link sits with the request.

Tip: Want to review everything yourself? Choose Approve first in the chat behaviour. Want speed? Choose Automatic, and the AI settles returns within your return window straight away.

12.3 Leads

When your chatbot captures contact details during a conversation, they appear in the leads overview with date, name, email address, phone number and interest. If you connected a CRM integration, leads are pushed there automatically and carry a Synced badge.

13. Dashboard and Insights

The dashboard shows what Ragently delivers. At the top you pick the period: last 7 days, this month, last month, last 3 months or this year. Every value is compared with the previous period.

13.1 Value KPIs

  • Auto-resolved conversations — chats fully handled by Ragently, without a human.
  • Time saved — the estimated number of hours your team did not have to spend.
  • Conversions assisted — sales or sign-ups Ragently contributed to.
  • Resolution rate — the share of chats closed without escalation.
  • Customer satisfaction — the average score from post-chat feedback.

13.2 Trends

The trend chart shows the development over the selected period. You can switch metric between conversations, resolved chats, conversions and missed questions.

13.3 AI Insights and points of attention

AI Insights shows what your customers are telling you, including the top topics. The attention panel highlights up to three items worth following up — for example a low resolution rate, many escalations or disappointing customer satisfaction — with a direct button to update your knowledge or review the relevant conversations.

13.4 Usage and platform status

At the bottom sits the operational overview: your monthly usage, the number of extra conversations beyond your bundle, the price per extra conversation and the platform and API status.

Tip: If you use a test environment, test conversations are counted separately and are not billed.

14. Team, Access and Settings

14.1 Inviting administrators

Under Settings → Access & Invitations you generate an invitation link for administrators. You copy that link to the new administrator, and you can regenerate it (which invalidates the old one) or revoke it. The link shows how often it has been used and when it expires.

Administrators work in the same workspace and have access to the dashboard, chats and knowledge sources. Billing and ownership rights stay with the account owner. You can remove an administrator at any time.

14.2 Learning Hub

Besides administrators you can invite learner accounts. They land in a restricted environment with only the Training Center and the Knowledge Base, without billing or app configuration. This too runs on an invitation link you can regenerate or revoke.

14.3 Account

Under Settings → Account you manage your profile picture, first and last name, email address, company name, phone number, language (Dutch or English) and time zone.

14.4 Notifications

  • Email — new conversations, escalations, a weekly summary with statistics and product updates.
  • Frequency — immediate, daily, weekly or never.
  • In-app — system alerts and important platform messages.

14.5 Security

  • Download your data — all your files and knowledge sources as a ZIP archive.
  • Delete account — permanent and irreversible.

14.6 Feedback

Missing something? Settings → Feedback sends an idea, an improvement or a problem report straight to our team.

15. Plans, Usage and Billing

Ragently has three plans alongside the trial. You can pay monthly or annually; annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper.

Shopify stores are billed through Shopify: in euros when the store's Shopify billing currency is EUR, otherwise in US dollars — at the same amounts as below ($39, $79, $179). That is also what the Shopify App Store listing shows.

15.3 Usage and extra conversations

Every plan includes a monthly bundle of conversations. As you approach the limit you get a notice. Once the bundle is used up, new customer conversations are paused until you activate extra conversations or upgrade. Extra conversations are charged per conversation at your plan's rate and invoiced at the end of the period.

Tip: Ragently calculates whether upgrading is cheaper than continuing on extra conversations, and shows that recommendation on the dashboard.

15.4 Changing plans

Settings → Billing shows your current plan, your usage, your payment method and your invoices. On an upgrade you get immediate access to the new features and limits, and the difference is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period; until then you keep your current level. Before you confirm, you see exactly what you gain or lose.

Note: If you pay through Shopify, billing runs through your Shopify account. If a downgrade puts you over a limit — more chatbots than the new plan allows, for example — the surplus chatbots are disabled until you upgrade again.

16. Frequently Asked Questions

My chatbot is not answering a question. What now?

First check that a relevant knowledge source is linked to that chat and that its status is Active. Then add a Q&A pair to the AI instruction, or upload a document containing the answer. The AI deliberately invents nothing outside your knowledge sources.

Why does the AI not perform order actions?

Order and customer actions only work once the customer is verified with their email address and order number, and the matching action is switched on for that chatbot. Check the latter on the Bot page, Sales tab.

How long before a knowledge source is active?

Documents are usually processed within a few minutes. A product catalogue takes longer for large assortments. You can follow the status in the Knowledge Base.

Can I use multiple chatbots?

Yes, depending on your plan. Every chatbot has its own knowledge, behaviour, design and embed code — handy if you want to separate by brand, language or channel.

Why is my chat in human takeover mode?

As soon as an agent takes a conversation over, the AI stops replying in it. In the Training Center you return a chat to AI mode in one click.

My store connection is broken. What should I do?

Go to Integrations, open the platform in question and click Reconnect. This is usually needed after a password change, after app permissions were revoked, or when new features require additional permissions.

What happens when I exceed my monthly bundle?

New customer conversations are paused until you activate extra conversations or upgrade. Extra conversations are charged at your plan's rate and invoiced at the end of the period.

How do I delete a single customer's data?

Open the customer under Customers and choose Forget this customer. The profile, the linked identities and the memory are permanently deleted; conversations, leads and returns remain but are no longer tied to the profile.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
