Connect Ragently CRM to Claude and ChatGPT

Yes: Ragently CRM works directly in Claude and ChatGPT through MCP (Model Context Protocol). You connect your CRM once and then ask in plain language to look up or update companies, contacts, deals and tasks. This page explains the address, the steps, what the AI can and cannot do, and what happens to your data.

The MCP address

One address for all customers. You sign in with your own Ragently account, so the address contains no key or password.

Technical: streamable HTTP (JSON-RPC over POST). Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256), dynamic client registration and client metadata documents; the scope is crm. The metadata is published at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.

How to connect it

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose “Add custom connector”.
  3. Paste the MCP address above.
  4. Sign in and allow the connection on the Ragently page that opens.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors (or developer mode).
  2. Create a new MCP server.
  3. Paste the MCP address above.

What the AI can do

28 tools: 26 for every CRM account, plus 2 hospitality tools, in five groups. The tool names are the real names; the titles and descriptions the AI sees are in Dutch. Everything is reading, saving or adding: there is no tool to delete anything.

What the AI cannot do

You do this yourself in Ragently, not through the connection:

  • deleting data
  • managing fields and task types
  • changing or filling in KPIs
  • importing

Security and privacy

  • You sign in with your own Ragently account.
  • The AI only sees the data of your own account. The hospitality tools only see the locations you have access to.
  • You can revoke the connection in the CRM app under Connections → Connected apps.
  • What you do in Claude or ChatGPT falls under the terms of your own AI account.

Can I connect Ragently CRM to ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Ragently CRM has an MCP connection that works in Claude and ChatGPT. You paste one address, sign in with your Ragently account, and then ask for companies, contacts, deals and tasks in plain language.

Which plan does the connection work on?

It works on every CRM plan, also when you use the CRM on its own and during the trial period.

Can the AI delete my data?

No. The connection has no tool to delete anything. It can read, save and add: companies, contacts, deals, notes and tasks. Managing fields and task types, changing or filling in KPIs and importing are also not possible through the connection.

Which data does the AI see?

Only the data of your own Ragently account. The hospitality tools for reservations and calls only see the locations you have access to.

Will an email go out without my approval?

An email draft only goes out after you approve it, or automatically if your autopilot allows that.

How do I revoke the connection?
