Frequently asked questions

I am already a Ragently customer. Do I pay for the CRM separately?

It depends on your plan. The CRM is included with a webshop plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) and with Receptionist; the Claude/ChatGPT connection and team members are included from Growth. Log in to the CRM app with your existing account. With Reservations only, add the CRM plan.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You download all your companies, contacts, deals and tasks as a file, and you can delete everything in one go. After your trial or subscription ends, you can still do so for 30 days; after that your data is deleted.

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

Turn on the connection in the CRM app and add Ragently as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT (via MCP). From then on you ask questions and update your CRM in plain language. With the CRM plan the connection is included in the price; existing Ragently customers have it from Growth.
