Ragently's Agentic AI does that too, but goes further: it manages orders, processes returns, books appointments and looks up data in your systems — all without human intervention. The AI decides what action is needed and executes it immediately. Only when it's unsure does it escalate to a human.

You get 7 days of full access to Ragently. Installing from the Shopify App Store? Then you approve the Starter subscription once in Shopify when you install; nothing is charged during the trial, and after 7 days it continues as Starter unless you cancel before then under Settings → Billing. Signing up with Google needs no payment details: after 7 days your account pauses until you choose a plan.

Yes. Ragently is GDPR-compliant and your data is stored on EU servers. We never use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties.

We send you a notification at 80% and 100% of your limit. Extra conversations are charged automatically at €0.35 (Starter), €0.18 (Growth) or €0.09 (Pro) per conversation on monthly plans — or the same amounts in US dollars if your Shopify store is billed in USD. Yearly plans have no pay-per-use: when you reach the limit, you upgrade. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

Yes. You can cancel or switch plans at any time — no notice period required. Upgrades take effect immediately. For downgrades or cancellations, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

No. There are no setup costs. You only pay your monthly subscription. If you need help getting started, you can book a session with one of our consultants via the contact page. This is a paid service.

The Shopify integration is available on all plans. Once connected, Ragently has access to orders, customer data and products — so the AI agent can take direct action: look up orders, cancel them or share the status. The integration is set up in a few steps from your dashboard.
