I am already a Ragently customer. Do I pay for the CRM separately?
It depends on your plan. The CRM is included with a webshop plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) and with Receptionist, for you as the owner; extra colleagues in the CRM are billed per colleague per month. The Claude/ChatGPT connection is included. Log in to the CRM app with your existing account. With Reservations only, add the CRM plan.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You download all your companies, contacts, deals and tasks as a file, and you can delete everything in one go. After your trial or subscription ends, you can still do so for 30 days; after that your data is deleted.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Turn on the connection in the CRM app and add Ragently as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT (via MCP). From then on you ask questions and update your CRM in plain language. The connection is included in the price: with the CRM plan and with every Ragently subscription that includes the CRM.
Is there a CRM that works with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Ragently CRM connects to Claude or ChatGPT via MCP: with 26 MCP tools your AI assistant searches in plain language and creates or updates companies, contacts and deals on its own, moves deals and adds notes and tasks. The connection deliberately can't delete data, import, manage fields and task types, or change KPIs. It is included in the price of the CRM plan.
Which CRM suits a freelancer or a small team?

Can I try Ragently CRM for free?

Do I pay extra for colleagues in Ragently CRM?
Yes, for each extra colleague. In Ragently CRM you are included in the price as the owner; each extra colleague you invite costs €9.99 per month.
Can I import my customers into Ragently CRM?
Yes. Ragently CRM imports your customers from a CSV file, and you can add your own custom fields. You can also export your data again, while your account is active and for 30 days afterwards.
Can I run campaigns with Claude or ChatGPT in Ragently CRM?
Yes. Switch on a campaign in the CRM app and pick the script for Claude or ChatGPT. Paste it into a new chat: your AI assistant looks for leads, Ragently checks them against duplicates, the unsubscribe list and the email address, and the email drafts land in your queue. You approve them, or you raise the autopilot yourself so follow-up emails go out on their own. Sending happens from your own Outlook, another mailbox over SMTP, or your own mail program.
What can Claude or ChatGPT do in Ragently CRM?
Ragently CRM has 26 MCP tools. Look up and read: companies, contacts, deals, the pipeline, open tasks, KPIs, products, fields and your appointments. Update: save companies, contacts and deals without duplicates, move deals, add notes and tasks. Campaigns: fetch the briefing, suggest or skip leads, read the email style and write email drafts.
