• Ragently CRM costs €9.99 per user per month: you as the owner pay €9.99 per month or €96 per year, and each extra colleague €9.99 per month or €99.90 per year. If the CRM is already part of your webshop or AI phone assistant subscription, you only pay €9.99 per month for each extra colleague.
• The Ragently AI-telefonist (AI phone assistant) starts at € 149 per month, Ragently Online reserveren (online reservations) costs € 48,99 per month and the Ragently Webshop-chatbot starts at $39 per month.
• Every product can be used on its own and cancelled separately; together they work as one system.
• Calls with the AI phone assistant, questions to the webshop chatbot and reservations all come together on the customer card in Ragently CRM.
• Ragently CRM also works on its own. With your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, the built-in outreach agent finds leads and writes emails every working day at the time you set; by default they go to your queue first, and with the autopilot on it first sends only the follow-ups and, once you raise it, the first email too. Through the connection's 26 MCP tools, Claude or ChatGPT can create and update companies, contacts and deals on its own.
